$1.62, not a penny more in my account when I returned from a month of backpacking in Japan. Lacking the scholarships necessary for a university education and with a car repair bill looming like an albatross, I knew change was necessary in my finances. Yet beyond that, in order to live my dream I needed a lifestyle change.
We all have our own dreams, don’t we? We dream of having time freedom, we dream of being financially free, we dream of new experiences, we dream of building lasting friendships, we dream of an occupation that is a joy rather than necessity, we dream of truly living instead of merely going through the motions of life. What a privilege it was to travel across Japan with my best friend, where in many ways, that dream became reality.
I just could not stand to go from living a dream to dreaming about living. In the wise words of Simon Cowell, “It’s a no from me.” In order to cover my expenses and make my dream a permanent reality, I needed two things: time and financial freedom. Easier said than done, right?
That was what I thought, but here is the good news — There is an answer for all of us.
It is time to stop dreaming.
Send me an email and I will help you take the same steps I have taken toward time and financial freedom. Now is the time to make your dream a reality. Keep it classy friends.
